October 26, 2014: St. Joseph Life Teen & Edge Youth groups sponsoring "Baby Supplies Drive" for Amistad Pregnancy Care Center
As part of Respect Life Month, and in an effort to bring awareness to the dignity of all human life and help women in crisis pregnancy situations, The St. Joseph Life Teen and Edge Youth groups will be sponsoring a "Baby Supplies Drive" for the Amistad Pregnancy Care center (www.delriopregnancyhelp.com) which helps those in Crisis Pregnancy and helps with alternatives to abortion.
They are in need of the following items:
Diapers (Sizes 2, 3, & 4),
Wipes, &
Bottles.
On October 26, after the Del Rio Life Chain which will take place in front of the Civic Center, we will be having a special Life Night for all Edgers, Life Teen High School youth and their parents. For each item brought in by the youth, they will receive a raffle ticket and we will be raffling door prizes that night (must be present to win).
If anyone else would like to help us out with this activity by making donations, you may bring items by the youth office (room 4 in the CCD building) at St. Joseph Church.
